A Benidorm holiday is a wonderful way to have both beach and sun, an active night life, and wonderful sports and attractions for the whole family! Located in the Spanish province of Alicante, on the Mediterranean Sea, this one-time fishing village is now a major tourist attraction in Europe. Though busy year round, summer is the high time in Benidorm. It has over a thousand restaurants, discos, bars and clubs. And buses, taxis and trains are available. You have the option of staying at a fine hotel, an apartment hotel or renting a private apartment. There are plenty of attractions for the children. If you can pry them away from the beaches, they will love the Aqualandia water park, which is open from May to September. Right next to Aqualandia you will find.Mundomar, a large marine park, full of sea animals. Their dolphin show is wonderful.

Terra Metica is a theme park known for its many rollercoasters and water slides. It is closed from January-March and only open on weekends from October to December. Near it is Terra Natura, a theme park where the animals roam freely in their natural habitat. They are open all year. Discounts for both parks are to be found at the northern end of Playa Levante.

You can have your cheap Benidorm holiday over Christmas and New Year’s, when air fares, hotels, and even food are at their lowest cost. Have a full english breakfast for a couple of quid, a traditional Christmas dinner at most restaurants, and a fireworks display on New Year’s Eve!
